![]() The show's beat'em ups follow the same pattern: mediocre gameplay, but good fanservice. I haven't played the Climax Fighters series, but I haven't heard good things about them. The Climax Heroes fighting game series started mediocre, but by the time of Super Climax Heroes (PSP / Wii) it's an okay game filled with tremendous amounts of fanservice. Hibiki (PS2) turns again to mediocrity, but surprisingly, Kabuto (PS2) is probably the best one since the KAZe games. However, Faiz and Blade (PS2) are awful, skippable games. Digifloyd would make fighting games starting from Ryuki (PS1), which is very average but entertaining. Kuuga (PS1)'s gameplay is a simple mix of the two previous games with a very light story mode, and Agito (PS1) is too simple for my tastes, but isn't too bad. ![]() ![]() ![]() Kamen Rider (PS1) is rough, but Kamen Rider V3 (PS1) is IMHO probably the best Rider game ever done if you don't mind Showa. KAZe started doing fighting games dedicated to single seasons - this will become problematic when they start doing Heisei tie-ins, every one of them is released before the series finishes. I'll mention some of the most notable ones. Well, it depends on whether you want a good game or a good Kamen Rider fanservice game - most of the good ones fall to the latter.
